"A year ago, as I started thinking about my uncertain future, I had many fears. I didn’t know where I would be or what I would be doing; I was worried about not knowing what my future would look like. Then I realized that God never shows us the full picture, but He does show us the next step to take. Perhaps if He shows us the full picture we would not fully rely on Him. All He asks us to do is to follow Him and take one step at a time." - Esther Shin Chuang

 

All I see is fog,

A mist that covers my eyes

I cannot see ahead

I am so afraid

I don’t know what is ahead

I can’t see my future

I can’t see my tomorrow,

What lies ahead.

 

But God doesn't show us the whole map,

He is our perfect, perfect Guide.

He will lead us step by step

In the midst of the pain and tears, the only hope I had was heaven: a place where there will be no more pain and death, a place where we will see God face to face, a place where there is perfect peace. This is the hope we Christians have, that the Kingdom of Heaven, our eternal home, is waiting for us." - Esther Shin Chuang
